Electrical Switches, Outlets & Fixtures Install or Repair
Dave did a fabulous job handling some electrical issues for me. He came out several times and repaired an outside electrical outlet, replaced the top of my lamppost, and installed a new motion sensor light in place of an older outdated light fixture. He made sure that everything was working properly and took great care testing to make sure the measured distance was set accurately for the motion sensor light. Dave was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He offered good suggestions and reasonable charges. I highly recommend him!

Installed shower stall, laundry utility tub, shut-off valves, kitchen faucet. Repaired two dripping faucets and one leaking pipe. Replaced two outdoor spigots. Showed up on-time, pleasant and very respectful of homeowners. Efficient, good technician, excellent work, above and beyond. Cleaned up each day. Fair price, final invoice did not have any surprises.

I had a toilet leak, issues with my garbage disposal, as well as a mounting issue with my dishwasher. He arrived on time and was very professional. I would highly recommend him and will absolutely use him again for my future handyman needs.

David was prompt and efficient. He came out the day after I contacted him and he was able to do the repair job that day. I felt he was honest in explaining what needed done to replace a leaky shower fixture. He cleaned up everything upon completing the repair.

He was able to get it done in a more efficient way. He did an excellent job. His mannerism and character was good and he helped me with some other issues that I was having. He did a really great job and I would recommend him to anybody. They were very pleasant, very understanding, and easy to communicate with.

I was remodeling 2 half baths and the estimate Dave gave me for his portion if the project was fair for the work he would perform. He was punctual, professional and friendly at all times. One of the things I admire about Dave, is that if he feels he cannot do something, he is upfront and honest about it. He does not make promises he can't keep. While installing the plumbing for the sink, he worked on it until HE was satisfied and it was done right. When asked to do additional small services, he was very happy to comply. I would highly recommend him for any handyman projects you may have. When I have further projects that need a handyman I will definitely call him.

Highly recommend for plumbing and electrical work. David is friendly, professional, experienced and skilled. The kind of person you would be comfortable having in your home. He repaired a leaky tub faucet and replaced a bathroom faucet. Work is great, price was reasonable. We already have him lined up for more work!
