Installers and sales rep were great. Waited a very long time from payment to install with no contact from company. Charged by Home Depot credit without having any product. They insisted on charging late fees on product I did not have until after roving this fact and much time on phone.

There was little to no communication. I had to call for updates as to when the project was to begin. It was almost 12 weeks longer than expected to begin. The they were missing a small item and that took another two months with many calls to the company. This one day project finally finished eight months after signing the contract

They still have done the work, even though we paid half up front. Say its still in production. We used them based on their ability to do it by a certain date, ( even though they would not put it in writing- our mistake) and it has been even longer than they said it would be.

This company was the worst. It took them over three months to complete. Customer service was the worst that I have ever encountered. Workmanship terrible. Would never have any work done by this company again!!!!

Customer service was terrible- Did not tell us the 18mth 0% financing started before the job was done. No one followed up to see if the job was done right and they showed up in a Re-Bath truck. We Would not have hired them if that was known. Prices are a bit steep!! The job was done nicely and product looks great!

Better communication would be nice before and after the project. It was more like a sales pitch, the work was done, the area was left dirty, and I have not heard from anyone but the inspector since the work was done.
