6 month wait due to supply issues, and had to call back after install due to sloppy caulking. They did come resolve the issue promptly, and quality of the door installed is excellent.

They did removal of old tub and surround and installed walk in shower with grab bars and adjustable hand held shower. They arrived on time and finished in one day. Everything was completed in the time frame they said. Love my new shower! PS I had contacted 5 companies to get estimates. The rep that came to the house was great, really listened to my concerns. We would use this company again.

Installers and sales rep were great. Waited a very long time from payment to install with no contact from company. Charged by Home Depot credit without having any product. They insisted on charging late fees on product I did not have until after roving this fact and much time on phone.

There was little to no communication. I had to call for updates as to when the project was to begin. It was almost 12 weeks longer than expected to begin. The they were missing a small item and that took another two months with many calls to the company. This one day project finally finished eight months after signing the contract

They still have done the work, even though we paid half up front. Say its still in production. We used them based on their ability to do it by a certain date, ( even though they would not put it in writing- our mistake) and it has been even longer than they said it would be.
