He used to be good. But something has changed in his business or crew team. I would not recommend him anymore! Left the job unfinished and walked away

Said he was coming on a Thursday never came. Said he would come On Friday never came. Said he was for sure going Saturday never came. Every time I asked him he said he had a bigger job he was working on and he had to finish it to make his payroll. He only came Sunday after Me constantly complaining. And even then he had the nerve to say I was putting pressure on him and that s not how he works. Patched the Sheetrock in the bathroom but could not patch (2) quarter size wholes on the wall. Hounded me all night for payment when I told him I would pay him the next day. Said he had to pay his worker. He works in his own schedule and has no customer service skills. I would never hire again.

This group did an EXCELLENT job. I had 2.5 rooms completed. Very much into detail. Communication of process was great, but instead of 1 day it took 2 days.

We hired Jose with JZ Pro Painting to do our entire downstairs painting, some tile work, and other items. The bid was good, so we moved forward. Our downstairs was around 2200 sqft. Jose told us it would take about 5 days to complete, it turned into 10 days. Instead of having an entire crew to get it done, two at the most were at the house, and Jose was hardly ever seen, and if he did show up, he showed up late in the day and he left fairly quickly. They got paint everywhere and missed many paint touch-ups, which we are still cleaning up and touching up. They did not take off all doorknobs, light switches, or wall plugs, which we are still cleaning. They were supposed to patch screw holes and retexture, not all were completed. Did not clean baseboards or crown molding before painting, Was told by Jose that two coats of paint would be applied to everything, not all areas have two coats. They clean everything with Lacquer Thinner, and we all know that Lacquer Thinner can discolor and damage stuff. Many things were missed and had to continuously tell Jose and his two crew to get these items done, and when I or my wife did bring these items up, Jose seemed to get angry and argumentative. Did not seem like Jose delegated work to his crew very well, and was disorganized. Was hoping to use JZ Pro Painting on all of our rent houses around D/FW, but will look somewhere else. The only bright side in it all is that Jose must have underbid this project and we happily paid the bid because other painting bids were thousands more. Jose, I guess realized his underbid, and after the 6 days of being here, Jose and his crew were in a mad rush to get done, hence the cleanup and touch-ups I and my wife are still doing. If you need a painting crew for your interior, I would defiantly look somewhere else.

by far the best price quoted for the exterior paint job I needed done. Did a great job, made sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction, the project was done in one day and for exactly what I was quoted

Jose did an excellent job of making sure I knew exactly what was being done and when it would be completed. He also was thorough in his communication and was always responded in a timely manner whenever I had a question. Our house looks great!

My experience is that they promise you certain things they do not do it. They are very messy and careless with your possessions in your house. They have torn wallpaper at the top and at the center. They got paint on my chandelier. They broke my kitchen door cabinets. They painted over the hinges of several cabinet doors and they will not close anymore. They did not put handles back on the cabinets and I do not know if I have the hardware available for all of them. I asked them to not paint some cabinets handles and they painted them. They painted over caulk and it dripped onto baseboards. I have paint peeling off the front door. They did not put window shades back up or window covers. The wall texture does not match rest of the walls. They were supposed to sister ply wood to my kitchen, where their was water damage. They did not do that. At the top of work, my popcorn ceiling on 20 foot ceiling the popcorn came off onto walls and they painted over it. The walls that are not supposed to have popcorn, have popcorn. They also have paint on the top of a ceiling fan. Then on the fireplace, the same thing. On top of the mantle that is supposed to be smooth. Has popcorn on it that was painted over and other areas that are supposed to be smooth. Then french doors have smudge spots and drips. No caulking around the windows where they textured. Did not put wall plates back up. Still some spots on the walls that were not completely painted. I have lever doors that they spray painted the front and not the back and have drip areas. They were supposed to paint inside of cabinets and I had to go back and paint the inside of the cabinets. They did not cover garbage disposal and it was sprayed. I paid him extra to fix a sheet rock crack in the bathroom on the ceiling and it not, its popcorn ceiling. I personally ran out of spray and provided spray, sheet rock tape, my broom and that was painted. I cleaned up after them. The scaffolding tires have marks and tracks on basement flor. Here is the another thing, Jose is wanting sexual favors and saying he likes me and that he is having problem with his marriage. I told him I would not have sex with him and then he tore my wallpaper and left. I do not like his wife, but he needs to go back to her. My front porch is tiled and I am having trouble getting the right paint to cover that. I am the one who picks up after them, I have a roll top desk tha that paint on it. I am going to need to have a carpenter come and fix it. My house was built in the 1978 and how do I find a carpenter and wallpaper I did no want painted over that is from twenty years ago. They did not put wall plates up. They left my furniture in the middle of the room. I left it so my new service professional can see it. They did not help me put it back. I had already had my carpet steam cleaned once and it was 50.00 dollars the first time and I need to have it done again. My white couch, one of the arms has black stuff now. Until I move furniture back I do now know what else as of yet.

Local painters did an awesome job on my home exterior at a reasonable price.They even did extra work like window caulking and water damage repair at the same price.

Jose made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Did very good prep work. I had three bids, his was lowest.

Very good work. He worked with us to make sure we had the right product for the job to ensure that the exterior wood is well protected. He even had the manager at the paint store call us (after asking me if I wanted her to) to explain options for sealers. Work was done quickly and cleanly. Very good value for the money. I would definitely hire them again.

this happened right as the Corvid-19 was breaking out so this made things a little different than normal. They showed up on time, did the work and cleaned up after themselves. We had to work around some hidden surprises found while doing the demo but they were flexible and we found answers. The tile work, flooring and removing popcorn, re-texturing and painting was great and they took care of some things I didn't even think about when painting the room. The sheetrock work is so good you can't even find where it was done.

Good price. Great work. On time. Cleaned up everything as they finished. Went above and beyond my expectations. Compared to other contractors that I have dealt with I give them high praise. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that will listen as I show the before and after pictures.

Very reasonable. Workers get it right! They listen to your requests and just do what is asked of them. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a job well done!

Jose and his crew sanded, stained, and poly coated our railing on our staircase and landing area. We had several other paint crews come over to take a look at our extensive railing. One of the crews refused the project, another claimed that they could not perform the services, and the third offered to replace the entire railing and then stain free of charge Jose explained to me in detail exactly how he could make the railing look brand new and I m proud to say that they look FABULOUS!!! They have been refinished once and painted once before, but now they look basically amazing! Jose, THANK YOU for giving our home a facelift! I ll definitely recommend to everyone I know who needs painting/staining services!
