Do not use!!!!! SCAM!!!! I paid for rat removal and a 1 year guarantee. He took my money and now won?t answer my calls. The unit is empty should be super easy. I never write reviews because ive never had a problem like this. Beware all, learn from my loss

I used James and his company for years. All of sudden I can?t get in touch. Phone, text messages to website.. nothing in return.
Just prior to this he said he was starting termite treatment, but he needed $300+ to get going. I gave him a check for $347. I trusted him after years of loyalty.
I haven?t heard from him since that day!

Delays and excuses. He keeps deleting my review. $180 one visit. Never showed up again as agreed. Several NO CALLS NO SHOWS!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

James is very thorough and takes his time to make sure the initial inspection is done right. He handles 2 commercial properties & my own residence and he is the best of any pest control company I've used before.
