I be signed a service agreement that provided 5 services. We received 3 services and I called ( times this last month to schedule a service and I can only leave a message on voicemail, no return calls. Our neighbors signed up for the same service and no response as well.

Very helpful and knowledge plus didn't mind answering the same question over and over again.

They responded in 15 minutes and were very reasonable. Most companies charge at least $350 set up fee for continual service. I m only interested in a one time incident treatment since I don t have much of a pest or insect problem on an ongoing basis. They only charged for the one time service which includes follow up visits until mice have been eliminated. Very friendly and personable, they work quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend this company.

After I paid for the service and they did not remediate the situation, they promised to come back out again and never showed. $400 for no results is a challenge during these tough financial times. I would not recommend it.

Responded right away to my call. Gave me an estimate,no charge. Took care of my problem with birds nesting. Told me to call them if I had further problems. So far, great!!

I wanted a pest control treatment, but more than that I wanted to know what caused the insects to suddenly be in my house. Pest Control Solutions was very knowledgeable and let me ask questions until I understood what was happening in my house and what they were doing about it. They pinpointed where insects were coming in so I could have it fixed permanently, rather than trying to upsell me a permanent exterminating service like other companies did. I feel like I got lucky when I found them, and I really cannot recommend them highly enough.

I paid $ 550.00 for rodent removal and control. Brendon came to my house, blocked off areas of entry, set up glue boards and bait. He was professional and very friendly. Brendon gave me an appointment for 2 weeks for follow up. He didn't show up, I sent many text and he did respond, blaming the office for not setting up the appointments, he said he would talk to them. I had to find the entry points that he missed. After months of hoping PCS would make the situation right, I finally requested a refund for the lack of follow up ($410.00). Again, I was told he would let the office know. I asked for the office telephone number and address, Brendon did not respond back. $410.00 is a lot of money for me to just give away.
