I would rate them average. My biggest complaint is that we could have been better informed from the start like I did not know that it would have to be repainted around the edging because it was practically PVC pipe that they cut up for the edging. I did not realize that they had to move the shutters over, so we had no shutters for awhile because of not having the specific fasteners to use for mobile homes for them to reinstall. We were not told this beforehand which would have been really helpful. They also left a bend mark in one of the new shutters that was recently bought trying to remove it. Instructions before they arrive would have been appreciated. They admitted that they did not like working on mobile homes which was not very comforting; if they do not want to do mobile homes than they need to say that up front. Overall, I feel like they could have been more respectful and experience could have been better had we were informed ahead of time. Overall, I am happy with the product.

Extremely friendly. Knowledgeable. Caring. Not pushy. And worked with us while having an extreme family emergency. Do you homework so you can have you input with them. Makes the process so much smoother. They are there to make sure you are happy. Not just to sell you something.

Your Remodeling Guys did not do what the full tear out we paid for; the plumbing leaked through the wall into my son's room. The communication was terrible and since they couldn't come to our house until after 7pm any day, and do not do any weekends (even if they've screwed up and need to fix it) my husband fixed everything himself. Terrible company, terrible work, terrible customer service.

KEEP YOU WELL INFORMED.. SHOW UP ON TIME. FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING. VERY TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY.

Did not show up to do the work! One week later, still waiting for my deposit check !! Don't bother calling these people.

Customer service and response was effective and immediate. Installer rfesponsive clean and efficient.

Installers were very courteous and friendly, they asked us if we had any questions about the windows and they cleaned up after the windows were installed.

This was a pleasant, stress free experience from beginning to end. We are so happy we discovered Your Remodeling Guys. Thanks.

The only good thing about this company was the owner. He made sure we were pleased in the end. everyone else did not help us out at all.

I hired the "Those Basement Guys" division of the same company to remove a wall and finish an unfinished part of my basement. Good work, friendly employees, however, not as fast as promised. The framers had a second job to finish during my job. I had to have corrective work done for the plastering and carpet. All issues were taken care of. Also, these basement remodelers don't "finish" your basement. You have to paint the room yourself.
