4.5 is probably more accurate. They worked their fingers off cleaning our new home before we moved in which was EXTREMELY helpful for us so that we could start putting things away and not have to scrub first. Unfortunately the house was just filthy when they got here and we (Son and I) were pressed for time so there were areas that were missed for example doors and door handles. I would still give them a 4.5 because I think if I gave them more time they would have used it. Very hard workers!

Your Second Set of Hands has only cleaned for me once so far, but I was very impressed with the owner's attention to detail when she came to my home to give me an estimate. She took notes, listened to my needs, and seemed to genuinely care about my concerns. I am very cautious about trusting strangers in my home, but I felt comfortable with Jamie from the very beginning. The finishing touches of folded bath towels and toilet paper (hotel style) brought a smile to my face.
