"Andrew, We are very sorry we had treated the wrong house. It does happen as were all human. If it happened twice it is due to two different technicians had the same problem finding it. As far as results you were rescheduled multiple times as you have a very soggy side of your house that is almost impossible to treat after any precipitation. You were the one who told us that. The results you mention being poor are mainly due to not following recommendations. We have told you the only way to establish grass is by seeding and aerating all the bare spots from weeds dying or just general bare spots. I will also that we discussed that it takes time to turn a lawn around as bad as it was to start with. Any client we have that have been on the service with more than a season and followed seeding recommendations is more than happy and have great looking lawns. Lastly, I did check into a credited balance and you are correct. Your account still has a credit of $62.10 which I mailed off today. I do apologize and take the blame for not catching that when the account was canceled. Once again human error, we are not out to take, steal, provide poor service of any kind. "Eric, Anyone could make a mistake and treat the wrong house as mistakes happen. I looked back and seen that we had only rescheduled one time for an equipment issue and one time due to weather related reasons. You haven't contacted us since July until recently when you received a bill about the balance, and now all of a sudden you have us on camera. Please provide me the video as I would be more then happy if what you are saying is true to refund any and all money to you. I usually do not respond to reviews (positive or negative) this way, but looking back at the notes of communication with you, I see that a few times when speaking or calling you about the lawn or services you had been very short and then hung up on the office staff. I understand any and all frustration you have and will separate business with you. Thank you, Justin"
"Sam, When Dustin had spoke to you (not the owner) about the aeration and over seeding it was discussed a particular area that was def. misunderstood between both parties as the area was much larger then explained on the phone (via what looked like an empty lot next door on arrival.) The price given was a fair price of $200.00 for around 4,000 sq feet. When we got there we had to aerate and seed around 9,000 sq ft which is not close to only $200.00. We buy only blue labeled seed which is high dollar professional seed. For you area you said we don't think customers matter in the last statement. Completely false, we have and value many customers in Florissant, Ferguson, Bridgeton area that are within 5 to 10 minutes of your property. In closing we performed your aeration and seeding at well below our list price to the size discussed. Sorry for any confusion, we feel since we went forward with the bigger sized area at a loss that you wanted for the price of what was discussed we fullfilled our end of the bargain. "Bill, I was right here when Dustin had called you to see what was the reason you wanted to cancel was, and sir he was not rude at all. He was, however concerned and asked some questions to better help understand the problem. We only had started in 2018 performing the Aeration and Over seeding in October and didn't get to provide any weed control in 2018. This year we have only provided pre-emergent and a few weed applications. Weeds germinate every couple weeks and with all the rain even more. Weed control is also only a contact killer so any seeds may emerge starting the next day. Bill you never called for a service call for weeds in between applications so how would we know you had weeds in between our services. We are more then happy to work with you but lawn care takes quite some time to achieve desired results in ones lawn. We usually see some lawns taking up to 2 years to drastically improve. As mentioned above our service calls are free if needed, but require a request for one. We unfortunately are not able to determine who needs them and who doesn't. Hope this helps your decision to maybe talk about what has transpired. YTLC"
"Mr Raluca, I'm sorry for your displeasure in our service. Yes. we did speak on the 20th and had signed you up for a fall cleanup. Saying we never contacted you is false though. Besides on the phone we also have emails where we have spoken to you on the 3rd of December explaining that the rain and snow has put us behind. We had told you we would be out the week of the 10th early in the week. You had left a message telling us to cancel so we pulled the stop out of route at that point. I'm sure anyone in our industry understands that precipitation hinders being able to blow and vacuum leaves up. Anytime it rains or snows and the ground freezes it takes a couple days for things to thaw out and dry. We do our best to keep up with work but mother nature has not been kind this fall. We usually don't have snow in November. So once again sorry for your experience and we hope you have a great holidays. Thank you, YTLC"
