Snow Removal

Wood Flooring - Refinish
This particular project was to refinish hardwood floors in a 95 year old house. Most of the floors were painted and they restored beautifully. Ed Martin was very responsive, and managed the project effectively from beginning to end - on time and on budget. We have had horrible experiences with other contractors for other projects and wish we had discovered this company much sooner. For example, for this project we scheduled two other flooring contractors for estimates and they never even showed up! This company is professional, timely, clean, and a good value.

Maid Service
I ordered cleaning services from Your Way as a gift. Ed contacted me promptly and set up a time for the one-time cleaning. The price was excellent. The cleaners were late arriving but well worth the job they did. I would recommend them again to a friend and the person receiving the gift is considering having Ed fix other problems in the house. Thanks!

Waste, Junk, Building Materials and Debris Removal and Hauling
Your Way Construction responded to our inquiry and followed up with several calls and emails. We scheduled a time to look at our project of hauling yard debris away and they were able to do it the next day. The next day they had a glich in the time schedule and called immediately to let us know there might be a change. In the end, they were able to keep their original commitment. They were very professional and hard working and did a very nice job. I definitely would recommend them and would use them again.

"This job was an interesting challange. We had to support the first floor in the crawlspace which was only about 18" high and remove sections of the joists that were rotten and soft to the touch and sister new joists next to them. Also since the grade outside was high we installed a complex "french" drain system including 4 seperate sump pumps and draintile. It was very interesting and fun both."

I specified I needed walls cleaned from a smoker in the home. I was told 1st thing that he didn't do smoke on walls and what he brought did not remove anything. Refrig. Was cleaned good and window ledges and windows cleaned but really needed walls cleaned. Now I have to find someone else. I live in Maryland and if this was my only reason for being in Delaware it would have been a wasted trip.

"Some people will never be happy even if you bring 2 other people with you on a saturday to clean smoke stained trailer walls that will never be clean and don't even charge them when they won't get clean."
