responded quickly and I thought pricing was fair. They trimmed a problem tree and did not finish until I was completely satisfied.

Very easy to negotiate with and pleasant with all of their responses. Worked until almost dark to complete job. Came back the next day to see if there was any follow up needed! Left property clean of all debris.

I felt that the job was too small for the other companies who advertise here. I was given this astronomical quote. I received exceptional service at a very honest price with Your Way Lawn and Tree Service. This company was not just about cutting down trees it was about the preservation also. Before he started the job he encouraged me to plant another tree in it's place. After he completed the job he hinted about replanting another tree and suggested a more suitable tree for the location. I felt that he was being genuine in his feelings regarding the environment. It was very sad for me to make the decision to cut the tree down. Not a lot of fluff, bells and whistle's with this company. Just solid hard work ethics.

Make sure he understands EXACTLY what is expected. I thought he did when I hired him. DO NOT leave your automobile in driveway even though he "will work around it and be careful" and you don't need to move it. He blew grass clippings and debris all over my new car and then shrugged it off saying he would blow it off with his back pack blower as if that was OKAY!!!??? He flattened the top of a rhododendron bush that was rounded and I wanted to maintain that shape. He thought I wanted to see out of the window. I said in the beginning I wanted the privacy to leave it alone and just shape it. He uses heavy yard equipment that permanently "dents" the yard and mows into the neighbors yard. I asked him to correct it and it just looks worse. The yard is "scarred" in my opinion. Needless to say he was fired.

These guys are great! We had them out to take down a tree, trim high up branches on a really tall tree and trim two others. They were insane to watch as they climbed the trees and had control of the huge branches. They finished that task at 3p and by that point, we had a load of mulch delivered and they were hard at work on another project for us without any delay. They are good men, hard workers and I definitely recommend them!

Havn't seen the yet but from what I've been told the glass cutting looks good. I have someone to look at why i'm not there.

My yard is not very large; areas were tidied up that I didn't realize needed it! Very thorough job; exceeded my expectations

The only issue encountered was an issue with a subcontractor (the person who was to do stump grinding) He did not perform his work on time, creating problems for everyone. Your Way did all they could to mitigate that issue, and I was otherwise quite pleased with the service and the price.

The tree service did a good job. The price was a good value for the work performed.

Mr. wilson was responsive and addressed our needs very well. I would call Tim again.

Small operation. He was reliable, did a good job, and his charge was very reasonable.
