We had a tenant move out and leave our place looking awful. It had to be cleaned right away and I am happy to say they came over at the last minute, in the evening and cleaned. They even took all the garbage he left behind. They did an excellent job and I’m so very happy with the service!!!! Kind, empathetic, respectful, friendly and very very good at what they do. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Theodora went above and beyond for us and it really motivated me in keeping things nice around here and even organizing a few things. Their energy was so nice and uplifting to have around and the kids even said they loved the way they cleaned things and that it was so nice. One Time Interior House Cleaning
The woman who cleans the house is very friendly and accommodating. However, there were some major elements of cleaning missed: the area rug in my living room was not vacuumed, the tables in my living room were not wiped down, the side of my tub was still dirty, areas behind closet doors were left dirty in the bedroom, and lots of other examples. I think she had likely been amenable to direction on precisely what customers are looking for, but $380 for a surface cleaning of a one-bedroom apartment felt like too much.

"We are very sorry to hear. Our goal is to clean and make sure our customers are very happy with their service. I did call the cleaner and she stated that she did a very good job. All the rugs had dog hair and she removed the table and couch and clean underneath everything. She send a picture to her manager and she saw it. According to the cleaner, the customer was very happy with the service. We try to call the customer no answer to go back and do the cleaning. The customer never called or text. In this case, we try to reach out if something is not right cause it is our job to get the work done. We are very sorry to hear. We are willing to."

The gave me an estimate for $250 to do the job. Arrived on the job and requested $650. They said they would have 3 people. They had one person that worked for 5 hrs and one other that worked maybe 1hr. They came unequipped and did minimum work.
