Very polite and professional. Kasem came out just a couple hours after calling him for the first time ever on Christmas Eve Eve to replace a handle and deadlock for my mother's front door. The installation was perfect and my mother was very happy to have a handle and lock that didn't need fidgeting anymore. Kasem made our Christmas. Highly recommend.
