You've Got It Maid

She was more than I was used to paying to a service but I expected a really good job.She dusted well and vacuumed but left alot of cleaner in my oven and we couldn't use it at all.They are coming back to fix the things I wasn't happy with but I don't know that I would use them again.My neighbor watched the house for us and said the girl didn't get there until around 12:00 noon and left around 5:30.When I called her she said the girl stayed for 6 or 7 hours and there's no way.That about wraps it up for me.Thanks for asking my opinion.Have a great day!! Teri I wanted to update you on the things Jacqueline had the lady come back and finish at my house.When we got home from out of town sunday afternoon I found the things I didn't like and called her so she sent someone tuesday and she did wipe out my oven also she cleaned the ceiling fans which she was to do in the first place, the dust was on my bedspread in my room and in the den the dust was on the carpet.So I cleaned that up and was disappointed with the whole experience.Jacqueline was always nice on the phone but the results were different.She didn't seem interested in listening to what I had to say anymore and said if I didn't want the service any longer to leave that message on her phone, but I don't think she wanted me to tell her anymore about the situation.I don't think I will continue this service but I have faith that I will find a service that listens and really cares more.Thank you, Teri

The set price is not until the job is done and thay was not clear. There were details missed.

Business (You've Got it Maid) refuses to make promised refund payment of $100.00. Amazingly poor customer service. Avoid ... untrustworthy. Jacqueline--I had a different expectation of the cleaning we were to receive. There were several areas on the dusting that were missed (i.e. some knick knacks, wine bottles, blinds, bed rails, pictures); the couch wasn't vaccumed; the tubs had residue on the bottom that we had to re-rinse. I had expected to walk in and smell the clean. The cleaning wasn't as thorough as I expected for $250. $250 is a good chunk of change and for that amount of money I expected floors to be completely spot free and no misses on the dusting. I want to be fair and pay for the service we received but $250 is more than I am willing to pay (plus one room wasn't cleaned because we're working on it). I appreciate your concern and courtesy in working with us but I feel honest feedback is extememly important in a customer-service oriented business.

They did miss a couple of things that were discussed for the (high) price. But overall good. They were very courteous, on-time and our house was very clean.

She's a little expensive, but worth it. My house is sparkling clean. She's also very prompt and professional.

Jackie and Marie did an excellent job of cleaning my house. It had been a year since a thorough cleaning. I have a number of mirrors and pictures (as well as four levels). In addition to the dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen, they cleaned all of the mirrors and pictures.... and even got all of the cobwebs that had accumulated. Jackie is very personable and courteous. A very good experience that convinced me to begin ongoing service with her.

Overall, Jacqueline did a beautiful job. The only complaint I have is that she quoted one thing over the phone and then tried to change it when she got to our house.

Will use Jacqueline's service again. The apartment did smell wonderful. They did a good cleaning job and laundry was done well and folded very nicely.

I feel the budget is more than what I have been use to but I udnerstand the need for this pricing. Good work. thanks.

I needed a job done quickly and Top to Bottom Maids responded to my request promptly. The service was reasonably priced and they completed all the items I requested to my satisfaction.
