I had Yugo install corrugated plastic panels on an existing pergola. It involved installing some flashing from the existing roof line to drain the water, having some slope on the paneling so water would drain. Today, during a windstorm, I have discovered he did not attach the cross beams to the existing pergola so the entire system is flopping in the wind. The materials were not cheap but he obviously did NOT know what he was doing. I am sick at the wasted cost.

The work was ok.

Yugo had to reschedule several times but was very responsive.

I cannot recommend this contractor at this time. He was very unsure about the cost of the project. He quoted one price for the project but acted as if I didn?t pay him enough when the project was complete. He took three hours to purchase the materials needed for the project. He pocketed the cash I gave him to purchase materials and used his Lowe?s Business Card to pay for my materials. The only reason I found out was because I had to return a few items to Lowe?s the next day. Trust is an important part of a working relationship.
