Came over with no appointment set up, promised tree pruning and fertilization?he dropped off a crew of workers and sat in his truck for 3 hours. All they did was trim the trees. We called them back to clean weeds at the base of each tree and to fertilize. They returned 4 days later (after multiple calls) and only removed weeds from some of the trees. Did not fertilize any of them! The head guy was a fast talking guy who promised a top notch job and missed the goal by a long shot. Save your money and hire a pro.

Honest, polite, fast, thorough, hard working group of guys. Was able to do several different jobs. Trimmed 3 large trees, leveled a huge pile of dirt, and hauled away an old metal shed, it's contents, and other various junk on our half acre piece of property. Reasonable prices and even gave me a refund from renting a skid to level dirt! Would cerainly recommend this company!

They arrived promptly and cut the branches I needed. They also informed me that one of the trees needed wound care and offered to come back and take care of it. They instructed me how to do it and I did it myself. Great work. Hauled everything away.

A large and heavy, broken, hanging limb was dangerously high held to the tree by a thread of bark and tree fiber, at risk for anyone close by underneath. They came quickly and effecientky to remove it safely. So grateful they arrived fast and did the expert work to remove it.

I had two trees to trim and two to take remove. I got three quotes and their quote was at the high end. They said they would knock $250 if I paid in cash and would beat any other offer by $100. I received a quote for $1800, which was $700 less than their quote, so I asked for $1,700. We both agreed and they showed up the next day while I was at work. My wife was home, so they cut down the wrong tree. I believe on purpose. They then renegotiated another $300 from my wife in order to cut down the right tree. They said that we talked about a different tree, but that is not true. I specifically said the tree leaning towards the house. Additionally, the guy even talked about how he would swing it from the Beech tree in my backyard. Finally, they smashed a set of $200 wind chimes we had in our tree. I would not recommend then to anyone. I would make them physically touch any tree I want them to cut. Also, expect damage of your property. I recorded them taking the money, because I didnt want them to say otherwise.

"Mr. Zachary, We are really surprised with this comment at this point. You never dialed the 800 number, or email or text our customer service in order to complain for something wrong on the contract or in the work performed in your property. Before we collect the money to every customer we asks if everything is ok and if something is wrong we are happy to fix it or do whatever is necessary to accomplish our goal that is Customer Satisfaction. We remove first the two trees that were removed one was linen to the neighbor and the other one was blended. That was written in the contract signed before we performed the job. For the tree that was not in the contract we only charged $300 and it was not contemplated in the contract; it was a 60 feet tree. Other tree was trimmed and lifted for free located at the front yard as a courtesy. After this job completed, our Customer Service Agent asked if everything was ok and no complain was made at the moment; also the Company never received a phone call, text or email about any complaint. You may call me directly if you are not happy and explain me clear what happened with this job. My cell phone is 540-219-1454 and I will be happy to meet you if there is problem that we have to fix; because as you recorded the people receiving the money you should have pictures of some damage made. Thanks. Hugo."
