They were 4 weeks late for a spring clean up, and showed up a different day than we had planned. I had hired them last year, and all last summer, so it's not like they didn't know me. I called, texted multiple times, 90% were ignored. The work they do is great, except because they showed up so late for the spring cleaning I had already hired someone to do the mowing, and going through the beds they stepped on several plants that were already up damaging them. I had also booked someone to come give me an estimate on tree pruning or removal, they never showed up or called, and by this point I had had it with them and gave up. I've got a broken leg, so I really needed a hand, sadly it wasn't Yuritzy. Last year they were great - this year, not so much. It felt like they didn't want me as a customer, even though I paid them on time and I don't think there is anything especially challenging about my yard.
