Jeff the owner from Family Shield came to my home and assessed my lawn and immediately informed me of what he thought was going on with my lawn. Which lined up with my assessment. Everyone in the office has been very polite and has treated me with kindness and respect! I will post in a couple of months and let you know how my lawn is progressing! My first treatment begins this week! This is a family owned company and they have been remarkable!

Great Service !

The company said the closed up all holes around my home, which they did not do. Jeff demanded payment of $350. I since had to hire Hulett. Waiting for them to return my $225.00 for a job incomplete.

Great service

I called early morning and was informed they were in the area doing another job and could stop by in an hour or so. Jeff arrived in less than an hour and performed a full condo spray for bug control. He informed us they would be back in a week or so, they did come back and did follow-up spray and we have not seen any sugar ants since. Good job and thank you.

Very impressed with Family Shield. I received a quick response; and within a day's time my problem was addressed and resolved. Jeff was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and then gave me alternative choices to help me feel comfortable with my decision. Jeff completed the first phase of the project which was the vanity in my laundry room and then sent two employees the same afternoon to complete the spraying of the attic. Project completed. I made the right choice. There would be no hesitation to rehire Family Shield Pest Control if needed in the future. I will also highly recommend this company to family and friends.
