Thin red line property maintenance

He took $1500 deposit to do some excavating, he dumped a pile of fill dirt, told us he could not do what we hired him for but would spread ; seed the ?screened top soil? he dumped for over half of our deposit. There was almost more rocks then dirt in what he dumped here. When we told him no thanks, he then sent a check to refunded us. The check we received was for just over $700 and he put a stop payment on the check and we never heard from him again. Now we are having to take him to small claims court. Beware of this company. It?s just shy of blasphemous to call this company thin red line as this is type of behavior is not what firefighters usually represent. Can honestly say the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

Very disappointed, my lawn looked worse than before. The contractor was only concerned with getting paid despite the horrible job that was done. He did this garbage while I was at work and called me to be paid like he actually did what was agreed upon. I wish I would have shopped around for a legitimate business before hiring them. I had to hire another contractor to redo and try to salvage my lawn. The lawn was not leveled out at all Leaving huge ruts from the tractor. Took a scoop from the flower bed leaving a hole and charged me for the dirt as he brought it. Promised to come back and repair it but never did. I would have been better off doing doughnuts on my lawn with my truck. I could have saved a lot of money and got the same result. Would never hire them again.

I would not recommend him to anybody three times I told him to leave my yard long and it butchered it so short I was afraid it was not going to make it!

It looked really bad.

The customer service is very good, they get back with you right away and the communication is great.
