Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. I would recommend Zoom drain as they were fast, professional and reasonably priced. Thank you for great service.

They were quick and Friendly. Fair prices

Called another rooter company to clean a drain in a rental unit. My husband was coordinating with the Property Manager and Rooter company. Rooter company was unsupervised with the tenant. After $1200, my husband finally caught onto the "upcharging game" they were playing and told them to stop. They then dumped a bucket of grease in the tenant's yard, which was very unprofessional. My husband called Zoom Drain, they came out and solved the problem for a flat fee and they were super professional. We will be using Zoom Drain for all our rental properties.

The technicians were on time, professional, and courteous. They knew what they were doing, for sure! They kept me engaged in the process by showing me everything while they were cleaning the drain. I could see what they problem was, and what the options were to resolve it. Excellent customer service as well.
