I was given the pleasure of working Z Plumberz through Kohler. I have a very high end faucet from Kohler that malfunctioned; through the trouble shooting process with Kohler customer service this plumbing company was contracted. It has been a long complicated process but there was total ease of mind working with this company as they were on top of Kohler, following lead times for parts and shipments. The team at Z Plumberz kept me in the loop every step of the way. Not once did I have to contact them and do a status check. The team was constantly contacting me and advising when I should call and apply pressure on Kohler for delayed parts. The technician Larry that completed the work was awesome, and a great attitude. Very respectful team from the office, to the field technicians. There are so many companies today that the customer has to be the manager of the entire process. Not with this company, they were the manager/coordinator and made sure all things were completed. I cannot thank you all enough for making a very frustrating situation tolerable. This is how life time customers are won!

This was probably the best experiences I had with a company like this. My water heater needed to be replaced, they were able to get me a warranty so the cost will be a lot less. Ricky reached out to me quickly and had someone on my side of town that same day. The technician Larry was professional, did his job well and at a good pace. It was a blessing to get this taken care of so my family can go along with normal life at home. Go to Ricky from Z PLUMBERZ of East Valley, they know what they are doing.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Z Plumbers of East Valley . I phoned on a Tuesday and the very next day they checked my outside leak , gave me an estimate and fixed the problem . Very professional and left everything clean. Will certainly recommend this company to our neighbors and friends

We had a slab leak and we got quotes from several different companies and we ended up choosing Alex from ZPlumberz. He was on time, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The quote for the worth was a great value and he coordinated with other trades to get the full job done. I am happy to say that I know a good plumber now and I will recommend Alex to friends and family!! Thanks, Alex!!!

Tankless Water Heater Installation
Had such a great experience with Z Plumberz of East Valley! I needed a new water heater and decided to go with a tankless one. I was a little nervous about making the switch, but the team was amazing from the start. They showed up right on time, super friendly, and walked me through everything so I felt totally comfortable.
