They blew me off. I would never use them.
Response by ZR Landscaping and Grading: We are sorry, we tried to fit you in our appointment schedule for the week, but, with a two-day window we were not able to schedule an appointment that fit your schedule and the time you wished for us to come out. We are currently 2 weeks out right know for scheduling and apologize that we could look at your job.

Came out and re sloped my bed and added small retaining wall and installed french draining system with river rock to solve a drainage problem. The team was very polite, dependable and work till the problem was solved. They came out promptly and stood behind there work. I will be using this company again in the future.

Zack and his team are great - hardworking, show up when they say they will, willing to please and creative in solving any problems. Went above and beyond our exceptions, especially with regard to the mulch and sodding they added in the area around the creek. Looks wonderful!

Here is a crew that understands customer service. I was asked no less than 4 times if I was happy with the progress. They were polite and they were attentive to details. The best damn crew I have ever had. Customer oriented for sure.
