Look no further- this is your guy. Not to throw any shade, but the initial technician that came out was not thorough enough in his assessment of the issue. After a thorough and accurate assessment, the objective was to fix the issue and resolve it at the lowest price point. Communication was transparent thorough and the job was comprehensive and effective. The next issue I have I will be calling again. My Samsung induction range is now functional and we don't have to eat out any longer!

The technician was on time, friendly, and explained the issue in a way that actually made sense. The repair didn’t take long, and everything has been working perfectly since. Offered very rapid response time. Had a confirmed appointment same-day late in the evening. Repair was done same day and he was willing to stay and get it fixed despite how late it was already. They fixed my dryer and it looked like it was brand new on the inside. Language was a small barrier but did not pose a problem, he was still able to articulate what needed to be done and prices were very reasonable.
