Sewer connection; BEWARE: I hired Zach to do some work at my deceased mother?s house. He told me it would take 2 weeks, then slipped the schedule by 7 weeks. During the time the work was being done there was little to no communication, other than a few promises made and never kept. There were many items in the work order that were not done or not done well. We were traveling when he sent this final bill, we told him we would be back in a few days and would like to discuss the work that was done. After all the slips, I thought this was a reasonable request, certainly he could wait a few days when we waited seven weeks. However, he threatened to put a lien on my deceased mothers house. This was the worst contractor I have ever used.

Zach finished the job in timely manner and charged reasonable money. Communication wise he was also great. Highly recommend
