I contacted Troy at Z Roofing Group recently to inspect our roofs (house and detached garage) for any potential storm, wind or hail damage. Troy scheduled an appointment to come out the next day. He arrived on time, checked both roofs and advised we did indeed have wind and hail damage on both roofs that would be covered by our insurance. He took the time to assist me with filing a claim. Troy is very professional, personable and informative with an absolutely 0% pushy or â salesyâ approach. He has 35 yearsâ roofing experience and is GAF Certified (only 10% of roofers who apply become certified). He is extremely detailed, knowledgeable, and informative when explaining roof replacement. He took the time to answer my many questions and was always extremely quick to reply to my texts when I had any questions. He was present during the insurance companyâ s inspection of both roofs to ensure the inspector observed all damaged areas. Troy and his wife Kim (sheâ s the owner of Z Roofing Group) handled all the necessary paperwork and interactions with our insurance company. The only thing we had to do was choose the color shingle we wanted. During the actual replacement of our roofs, Troy stopped by frequently to check in with us and his crew. They were professional and took pride in their work. They completely covered a large area of our yard around the entire house and garage, and covered our plants and bushes for protection. The crew did an awesome job of cleaning up and removed their dumpsters the same day. Extra care was taken to ensure any nails that may have landed on the ground were also removed. After installation, Troy and Kim handled the remaining paperwork with our insurance company. Our roofs look amazing and immaculate! My husband, afraid of heights and very resistant to me on a ladder, used his drone to view the new roofs up close. They couldnâ t be more perfect! i'm a retired disable veteran, with a handicap mentally challenged sister i'm care taker for. had no idea roof was in such disarray. after dealing with some real rip offs trolling neighborhood, i was fortunate to come across reference by friend on facebook. STATE FARM approved them on the spot. this guys were here the day i called, handled all paperwork, permits, inspections, etc. once approval on estimate was in place and approved, next day these boys were on the job and from start to finish in 1 day, workers were clean cut, polite, and professional. THIS Company was a life saver for me and my sister. Their loyalty to a veteran in time of distress was a blessing. Their job on house was outstanding. Its important to seniors today to be able to remain home the remaining days of life, I can't tell you how much this meant to me, had tears in my eyes, been long time someone reached out to help us in need, but these boys went well beyond the call. i can never express my thanks enough for , FRANK, NORM, TROY, KIM, AND GREAT GROUP OF WORKERS AND THEIR EXCELLENT WORK. Me and Z Roofing group signed a contract to have my roof repaired in July, to have it done in September. Z Roofing cancelled the contract October 1st, was signed in July, met with the insurance adjuster in August

Great Team to work with, Troy Blankenship and Norm Sullivan are super, they helped with the insurance claim and walked us through the entire process from start to finish, promised a deadline and hit it on the mark, and even provide a dumpster before they started the job, which you can imagine was very helpful to have as they let us use it prior to the startup. Juan the crew boss was extremely helpful and repetitive to any and all of our questions, very courteous and knowledgeable about the install. These guys are a great team to work with, I would recommend them to any and all who need roofing work done. In and out in less than 48 hours, and even turned us on to a gutter guy who finished up the install with all new seamless 6". Great experience.

I am so glad I found this company. I love my new roof. It is just beautiful. I had them come by to do an assessment, not expecting too much. Well as it turns out I had storm damage, and before I knew it we had called the insurance company and filed a claim. Well from there it only took about a month (and only because of my insurance company dragging their feet) before I had my new roof. They require NO DEPOSIT. You do not have to sign anything fishy like an AOB (assignment of benefits). Troy is so professional and truly cares about his clients. His reputation means the world to him and its refreshing. I really thought that this was too good to be true and there had to be some catch. THERE IS NO CATCH. There really is no downside to this. You win. I got a 15K roof that will last for at least 30 years. Also, regarding the installation it was done in one day so very fast. I am very satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone! And in fact I do! :-)

Pro was referred by a family member, although we were in Ocala they did not hesitate to come down when we contacted them. Confirmed our situation, assisted in filing with our home insurance, set reasonable time frames, sent a crew down who completed the repair and replacement of our roof in one day. This company installed my roof. Did a great job. I noticed a leak by the chimney and called them to come review it. They were onsite within hours and found that the leak was not roof related but it appears to be coming from the top of the chimney. They sealed it, no charge. Awesome service!

Troy just pulled the dumpster out of my driveway mere minutes after the job was finished. The work crew did an outstanding job, even braving wind and rain from a passing storm to cover the roof keeping the decking (and inside the attic) dry. They came early and stayed late to be sure the job was done right and on time. I cannot say enough about the professional service I received from Matt and Troy: The insurance adjuster took a month to complete and turn in his report. Matt stayed on top of the situation and kept me informed. I am most impressed that every time, but one, when I called, Matt answered his phone. The one time he could not answer, he called back within 5 minutes. The cleanup is thorough and my new roof looks GREAT!

I recently had a new roof put on by Z Roofing Group after suffering storm damage and they did a great job. Troy and Norm were very thorough in explaining their process and their practices for satisfying the customer. They discussed the details with me, contacted my insurance company and assisted in identifying the damage. They also made themselves available on site for questions from the insurance adjusters. They shared their opinions on the color of the shingles and flashing. Note that they did not take over this part, it was clear from the start, it would be my choice. I must say that they did everything they said they would do. From delivery of the dumpster and materials to installation, inspection, pick-up of the dumpster and cleaning up after the job was done, Troy and Norm coordinated it all. I did not have to do anything, they handled all of those details. I am very much pleased with the work and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. Z Roofing takes pride in their work and you can see it in the finished product.

I am a real estate investor. Dealt with Regional Manager Norm Sullivan. Have known him for 5 years. Always does what he promises and on time. Good job on my rental property roof and paid most of my insurance deductible. Getting ready to use him again shortly. Dieter Arnold.
