ZTK and each of their employees went above and beyond my expectations. Their end products and installation were excellent.

I have one spot that is a little peculiar - not so straight forward. It rained later, after they had finished. Had a little bit of a leak. Took a 7 second video of it, sent it to them by text. He immediately responded by apologize profusely and said they would be back the next day. It was, again, lightly raining when they arrived. What they thought would be a 5 minute fix turned into an hour, but they stuck with it until the problem was solved! Everything looks great! Very satisfied!

Matt was super flexible when trying to schedule an appt for an estimate. He worked with me and was very patient with my crazy schedule. When he came for the estimate he was on time, super friendly, and very fast! I loved that he also emailed me the estimates and told me to take my time making a decision. We did hire him and his company. They were prompt and efficient and our gutters and gutter guards look amazing!

ZTK was phenomenal to work with. I did a lot of research in advance, and they were so respectful and responsive to the many emailed questions I posed. Matt and the crew were professional and courteous. I cannot say enough about my positive experience. Top quality job. In addition to having two brand-new, seamless metal gutters installed (thanks to ice damage on my existing gutters), they installed top-of-the-line gutter guards perfectly suited to my home -- which is closely surrounded by trees that drop debris and crud year round. I really appreciated that they provided separate estimates for three different "tiers" of gutter guards and did not pressure me to choose the most expensive. I ultimately made that choice due to the serious, ongoing problem I have with tiny debris, pine needles and crud that drops directly into my gutters. But let me reiterate, there was no pressure on me to do so. I wish they did roofs, for when I need to replace mine! They are that good! Definitely get an estimate from ZTK if you ever need gutter work. They were terrific.

The gutters look great. Everything was explained to me. Aside from a late start for which the owner apologized profusely the job was completed on schedule. This is a growing company which is good but sometimes things pop up unexpectedly. That being said Matt is a man of honesty & integrity. I would recommend this company!

They were great They went out of there way to fix things that was not there there responsibility at all. I would recommend them to anybody.

The owner of the company, Matt, agreed to provide seamless gutters per our contract. Matt and his team showed up over two hours late the day for the installation. The driver of his truck came very close to backing over two different trees while they were setting up in a rush. Matt and his crew were totally unorganized and actually set the gutter machine up facing the wrong direction. They extruded a 120 foot gutter between my house and my barn with the front of the gutter facing the wrong direction. They tried to lift the entire 120 feet of gutter above my house and barn to get the front of the gutter facing the correct direction. The gutter was severely damaged after it buckled and dropped over the peak of my house into my driveway about 40 feet below. Matt advises me that he did not have any other coils long enough to make the run and asked if he could try to splice the two gutters together. I told him he could try, but it needed to look very good or it would need to be replaced. This was well after 8 PM so it was getting dark and difficult to see. Matt finished up the job and packed up his tools and left. I looked at the repair the next day when I could actually see and the repair was so obvious and ugly it was unacceptable. The other issue was the gutter was severely scratched the entire length as a result of dropping it on my new steel roof and dragging it across the roof. In addition to this major issue, the water coming off my roof is overshooting the extra-large 6 in the gutter, which I paid more money to prevent this very issue. There are also large gaps where the water is running behind the gutter. Matt agreed to fix all of these issues, as well as other workmanship issues, until the day he was supposed to show up. He called me 30 minutes before he was to arrive and advised me that he would not fix the issues he previously agreed to unless I paid him $650 more than our contractual agreement to fix the problem he and his crew created. The bottom line is, Matt cannot be trusted to deliver anything he is actually advertising. Matt tried to bully me into agreeing to pay him more money but I did not. I am now being forced to take legal action against Matt who is the owner of ZTK. This is absolutely an unethical and irresponsible way to treat your customers. As you can see I am obviously not a satisfied customer for valid issues. The ZTK website states they guarantee customer satisfaction for issues as the ones I have experienced. This is clearly not how Matt runs his business. If you are not going to honor what you advertise then you should not be in this business. See you in court, Matt.
