HomeWorx Indy

Here's what to expect from Zac and Homeworx Indy. You'll get sloppy work, cut corners and no accountability for their crew damaging property. We hired them in summer 2026 for a new roof, interior painting, installing new kitchen countertops + sink and flooring across the main floor. Flooring was installed well. Kitchen sink was just dropped into the countertop but not secured. Painting was sloppy and in some instances they painted over ventilation vents and outlets. They only made attempts to correct their sloppy work when pointed out to them. Another home inspection after the new roof was installed revealed there was no flashing or drip edges installed, which are required. Zac stated he could give us a quote to correct the mistake they made. He wouldn't stand by their work and make things right. Lastly, our sliding door screen door lock was broken by their crew and the metal frame was bent so it would no longer slide to open or close. There was no accountability on their end.

I'm extremely satisfied! He did a great job, the quality is great, the service is good and he completed it in a timely manner!
