Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I recommend that you do not use Zach the Plumber. After my water heater quit working I could not get a call back. When I finally hired another plumber I was told that he had installed a Natural Gas water heater instead of Propane.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I will say that Zach responded in a timely manner, Did a few things for me , I needed a hot water heater installed, The heater was not working properly and Zach came over twice to try and get it to work. He found out it needed to be replaced, When I tried to get in touch with him to schedule a time to come replace the unit and did not receive any return calls. I was in the process of selling my home, He was a no show and I ended up having someone else replace my water heater, Was informed the heater was not installed correctly, Very stressful time. I was disappointed in the disappearing act. :( The other things he did for me were done properly and in a very timely manner, he was a very polite and helpful young man. Just upset for the way he handled the water heater job. Left me in a bad situation.

Okay, stood up by the second plumber. As a parent, I get it! Zach had a sick child and he could not make it and had the options of rescheduling it or making the appointment. We said that we could not reschedule and left a message with Zach. Gave him 1/2 hour to respond and nothing! I hired another company to get the job done. Sorry for the bad feedback, but you need a plan "B" as I do. PS. I did call Zach and left a message with him that I would not need his services.

"He was not stood up. I asked him if we could reschedule as my son was sick and I didn't have anyone to watch him. They texted me and I was away from my phone. Still 1 hour before our appointment and I replayed back that I would be there but I would be 30 mins late. He proceeds to tell me that they hired someone else. So don't be saying that you were stood up."

A water pipe burst in the ceiling of our home office, located in our finished basement. It was cold and dark, but Zach immediately came to our rescue and replaced the burst pipe. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Would definitely hire again and recommend without hesitation.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I found Zach after the home warranty company sent someone out that wouldnt be able to put a hot water tank in for a week. I had a 96-year-old woman living in the home and that was not possible. Zach called within minutes after I submitted it on home advisor, was very sensitive to the situation, was willing to work with my home warranty company and completed the job within 24 hours.
