Zack did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. It was a stressful situation right before the holidays and we received some crazy high quotes from other plumbers. Zack fit us in quickly and worked around the clock to get the job done. He then did a follow up visit just to check on how the new system was working. He was super communicative and explained what went wrong, what he was fixing, etc. I felt so relieved to have someone who was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. We would definitely hire Zack for any future issues and recommend him to our neighbors and friends!

I woke up to a flood in the basement. A friend recommended Zachary Michaud Plumbing. I called Zach and he walked me through turning off the water supply to stop the immediate problem. Upon arrival he diagnosed the problem as old improper copper piping that was being used to supply the water heater and it sprung a leak. Zach replaced the old piping immediately and I had him scheduled to change out the old ways heater as well. I can't say enough about how that young man saved the day! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for any kind of plumbing work to be done. Thank you Zachary Michaud plumbing !!!

Zach came recommended by a client of mine through my hair salon. Out of nowhere my salon water heater started leaking, so I panicked and needed someone asap! Zach came within 4 hours of my phone call and determined I needed a new one. (The water had been not getting as hot recently but I really hadn’t noticed how bad it was until the new one was installed!) He installed the new one around my business’ schedule (figures it’s the busiest time of year in a salon- go figure!) and came after hours so that our scheduled clients were not interrupted. So grateful for a clean and uncomplicated, quickly resolved experience, for something that could have been a disaster! Highly recommend!

He got back to us within 25 minutes and was at our house within 40 minutes from the time of our initial call. Our heat wasn't working and he was able to diagnose the problem and get it back up and running the same night. He was able to explain the problem to us and repair it very quickly. Very straightforward, gave me a clear, written quote through text after I sent him some pics. Definitely no nonsense. Came to replace my non-working water heater the next day. The pricing was about the same as other places that quoted me but I chose him because he sounded genuine and honest and he turned out just as he seems. I am happy with my choice and totally recommend using him for your plumbing needs!

If I could give them a 6/5, I would. I'm already looking into working with them again on future projects. Zach quickly responded to my home advisor post for a water heater replacement. From the first moment he was amicable and treated me with respect- something I don't always get with contractors due to my gender and age. He quoted my work via photos I sent to him, and was available the next day to do the installation. I have old gas pipes that caused issues, and we needed to call in national grid to assist. He stayed through the whole process and didn't charge me extra. I cannot recommend enough and I will definitely hire again in the future.

I was pleased to hire Zach to replace a leaky water heater a couple of weeks ago. He reached out to me immediately upon submitting my project on HomeAdvisor, and after sending him a couple of photos was able to provide an estimate and schedule me for the following day. Excellent service and very polite! We found out we needed a new water heater and Zack return my phone call with in minutes. He came out to assess the heater that same day and installed a replacement water heater first thing the following morning. His price was better than other places I have called and we will definitely use him again in the future.

Excellent customer service. From time of contact to job complete was 24 hours. Zachary kept me posted threw out the whole project as I had to work and could not be there at my Dad's house. I even got a follow up call to make sure I was informed about a leaky pipe I knew nothing about,(my Dad is 83 and doesnt go in the basement much) Zachary patched it at no extra charge.
