Nice guy but..... He was 45 minutes late for the quote, and then on day 1 of painting he was over 2 hours late. We had discussed verbally and via text exactly what we wanted, but the quote was quickly scribbled down without any of the details we had previously spoken about. It actually quoted us for painting 2 more cabinets then he did. Beyond that, via text and verbally we had spoken about painting both the cabinets and the walls the same color to "blank slate" the kitchen. (I have the text still talking about the color I want on the walls and cabinets). The room was taped off and I hid upstairs from the fumes (oil based paint is dangerous for pregnant women) The next morning, they were supposed to return before 9am to remove the tenting so our new appliances could arrive. They were about 20 minutes late for that and when had to remove it so the appliances could be installed. That's when we saw that the walls were not painted at all. We figured since he had taken the doors to paint that the walls would be done when they brought back the doors the following Tuesday. So Tuesday happens, and they bring the doors back and install them. They then touched up the faces of the cabinets. The inside of the doors were NOT touched up and have severe gouging and paint missing. The walls were not painted. When my husband brought up the walls, he said he had no recollection of ever stating that was included and had no intention of including them now unless we bought the paint and paid him another $100. We had already paid $1,125 for him to paint (poorly) 24 cabinets and 13 drawer fronts (he didn't paint the insides of the cabinets or drawers at all). He put the wrong hinges on 2 cabinets (different styles) and didn't replace the knobs at all because "that paint has to dry first"... We were very unhappy, and just wanted him out of our lives at that point. So, the lesson? Have EVERYTHING written in GREAT DETAIL on the quote. Verbal and texts don't matter. PUT IT ON THE QUOTE. Also, if able, check in on the work and second you feel something is wrong, bring it up and nip it in the bud. Learn from our (very expensive) mistake.

Zack repaired cracks throughout all the rooms and put a new ceiling in a closet. Even though it was difficult, his team even managed to match the old paint that the store could not. Zack, his wife, and Jamie were very friendly and easy to work with. They were very efficient, protective and careful about our home, and cleaned up completely.We were extremely happy and pleased with everything!! We have never had such good service or dealt with people who took so much pride in their workmanship.

Zachary worked tirelessly to com-Lethe a difficult job. His effort paid off in a nice product.
