Mr. Black and his associate came over quickly to assess my problem and fixed one issue on the spot and gave me an estimate to fix another issue without hesitation.

Very good service, repair was done in less than thirty minutes. The only thing was they charge a set $225. per house call. Thought that was a bit steep

Are not professional they came to the home not prepared without the proper tools. The person Hope that book the repairs drive two guys around to the jobs like she picked them up the make a couple of dollars. Hope tried to over charge was not the amount we agreed on the phone. Would not use or recommend this handyman services from Zack Black again.

"As i recall and by no means is this any disrespect we were told it was a different job description. It was sent to me as a one story vent repair. The price was 75 dollars when we spoke to you on the phone. To replace the vent . Upon arrival and after meeting with you the vent was on the Second Story which we did not plan for because when we talked on the phone before hand no mention was made of this , had we been informed we would have brought a ladder. Second My employees are very professional and take pride in their work we are not some fly by night company as you can see from the reviews below , we do not pick people up to make a couple bucks as you stated. And because we were misinformed about the location of the vent we still completed the work. due to you letting us use your ladder and we only charged you 50 Dollars. I am sorry that you feel your experience with us was not what you expected and i apologize for the mistake ."

Hired them to repair a ceiling from a leaky tub and put in some fence panels and gate. Fence and gate look great. Ceiling looks great. Cleanup took a while but otherwise everything is as I wanted.

Zack and Hope ( the owners) as well as the other two workers they had working with them were very professional and friendly. We had our fence door replaced and they did such a wonderful job. They also removed a part of our fence because it was so rotted and about to fall down. It made such a big difference in the appearance of the house. It looks so amazing without that rigidy fence, I'm am so satisfied with the work they provided. I will surely call on them for future repairs. Zack and Hope were very quick and responsive to my inquiry, professional with scheduling and punctual for the appointment estimating the cost and time for the project (repairing loose outside shutters). Corey did a great job and Hope was very helpful explaining all the services they offer. I highly recommend them, will definitely hire them again and have already referred friends and family to them.

I called them to install a garbage disposal and washer/dryer. They got back to me quickly and came that same day. I plan to use them again and would definitely recommend them to others. A great small company!
