Not sure the product was put in properly, hard to tell because I cannot see it. But it may have been attached to the gutters in the wrong manner. Also, I am not sure the product used is working as advertised. Just glad we don?t have a lot of trees. Hope I am wrong. This is the first fall with them, so I will take a look in the spring.

Friendly, dependable, professional, hard working, fast. The team was here when they said theyâ d be here, they worked quickly and were finished a little early. The gutters were cleaned thoroughly and the windows sparkle! They were a pleasure to have inside my home and we plan to have them back to clean our gutters again before snow falls.

There were only two things they did not handle completely. They did not put one screen back in the window and they did not screw the hose back into the bib after their use. Otherwise they would have received a 5.0 star
