Ray, the owner is first rate. I purchased a Carrier 3.5 ton performance AC with a 90,000 BTU Performance Furnace at a price the competition could not beat. The installation is too new to rate honestly, so check back in a month. Installation date was 9.15.2021. My wife and I love the system so far. Installation took 7 hours. Very professional and clean.

I knew right away that Zagros was the company I was going with when choosing someone to replace my old (but still functioning) HVAC in my newly purchased townhouse. As I told Ray, I appreciated not getting a million calls after he read my project description on Angi. (One company called me so much I blocked their number.) That was an indication that this was not a hard sell company. He came over exactly when he said would. Looked at the inside and outside equipment. Wrote up an estimate which I knew immediately was a very fair price. No pressure. Even though another company was coming over in a few hours to give me their estimate, I hired Zagros on the spot. We chose the following Saturday for installation. 7:30 am. 7:30 the next Saturday, Ray and his crew showed up. Wearing masks. Immediately put down covering to protect my floors. They got to right work and at 1 pm, I was being shown my new a/c, gas furnace, and coil. They changed my filter. Cleaned up. Ray charged me exactly what his quote was. Gave me the info to register my equipment to get the 10 year warranties. He’s nice, knowledgeable, honest, a man of his word. His crew was friendly, efficient, informative, respectful. They didn’t leave anything out of place. It was a very comfortable and pleasant experience every step of the way. I’m really pleased with how the entire process went and highly recommend Zagros.

Ray and the installation team were very professional and worked around some tight spaces in our home. The estimate was the best among 3 other contractors and the final price was the same as the estimate--no surprises. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an HVAC replacement.

Ray is very caring of the customer. After my install, I called with minor concerns to see if I needed help and he came to personally check the situation and made adjustments which fixed the issue. He also came to assess the situation initially without demanding me to pull serial and model numbers of a unit I clearly wanted to replace (the other top rated company did demand that and never called back).

Ray responded to my add for my project within an hour and was at my house couple of hours later, fast, efficient. I had several estimates from different contractors, his price was the best for Trane equipment. Ray and his technicians didn't waste time to remove my air handler from the attic and install new equipment , system is working great, I will definitely recommend Zargos and Ray.

They were fast, efficient. Did not waste much time in removal and installation of the new unit, Unit is online and working fine. My first Trane - So I am interested in how long it lasts. Tranes are a little higher in cost - hopefully it will last as long as the last two heat pumps that I have had. Also hoping for a more efficient operation.
