This contractor did get the initial job done but it wasn't that great.The contractor was supposed to come back and put the polyurethane on the steps going down to the basement. Unfortunately I paid him and he never came back. I've called him back twice and he still hasn't shown up. They were very nice when they were here.

They called and came the day they said they would and charged me what they had estimated. They did a beautiful job power washing my house, deck, patio, porch and sidewalk. They followed up with a call to be sure I was happy with the job.

I had been told by other companies that I would need to replace my fence because it looked so bad, but Zamorano's told me they thought they could clean it. When they were finished cleaning, my fence looked brand new. The saved me from having to spend thousands for a new fence.
