They work the hold time they were on the job !!I didnâ tâ t have to call them back to check on the work they did to make sure it look good ! Mike came back to make sure everything was ok and did some touch ups on his own !!!!

They did a fabulous job pressure washing my house and concrete. The place looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier. He responded quickly and scheduled and scheduled the job promptly.

Mike and son are pleasant to have working on the property. They were conscientious in taking care of the property while putting the chemicals in the roof. The roof and house are cleaner than I've seen since the roof and siding were installed. I highly recommend Z and Z.

Mike & Kyle pressure washed my heavily stained concrete driveway, sidewalk and front and back patios. They did an awesome job and were professional and courteous. I was very pleased with the job and they were a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Called for estimate for cleaning metal roof of our home Came by that afternoon. Gave us acceptable estimate. Came back the next afternoon and completed the job. Very courteous and respectful . Roof looks great Will definitely call Z and Z again

Mike called and gave me a quote for washing the house because he did not want to waste the gas if he was not going to get the job. His quote was consistent with other quotes so I hired him. When he got to my house, the quote ended up being to just wash the patio and carport. The patio was okay, the stains on the stucco were lightened and the floor was great. However, the bricks on the patio fountain were only half done and the carport was not done at all-just the floor. They even left cobwebs on the carport wall. But the worse part was they broke a clay urn from Afghanistan that has been in my family for decades. It is irreplaceable. However, they are really nice guys.

I hired â Zengel and Zengel, LLCâ to clean my garage roof! The owner Mike and his son Kyle came and cleaned my roof! Not only did they clean my roof, they made it look like â Brand New!â Their workmanship is impeccable. They even pressure washed the sidewalk on the backside and side of my garage! The men arrived promptly on the set time and worked continuously through completion of the job. Let me add, my garage roof hadnâ t been cleaned in 20 years, it was almost solid black! When they finished the job, it looked as if I had had a brand new roof put on my garage! Iâ ll also ad that their cost was very reasonable, compared to other estimates I had received! My entire back yard looks great with the new roof "Zengel and Zengel" gave me! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone, looking to have their roofs cleaned/renewed! Not only a great work team; but very pleasant to talk with!
