He took my money and did not complete the job. He has not responded to any of my calls or texts. He gave me the excuse that the bank took my money to pay his bills and said he would give it back to me in June but now he has stopped responding any of my texts and phone calls.

Communicates very well does what he says he will do and does exceptional quality work! Hired for one job and now keep bringing him back for more and more.

Fredie Zandate was simply outstanding. He is a meticulous craftsman and his attention to detail is excellent. His price was a great value for the work he performed and the quality of the jobs he did. He arrived on time and kept me in communication about the job status as he performed the work. He offered alternative solutions when the project needed fine tuning and completed the work timely.

Freddie was analytical in determining the problem at hand. He utilized logic in determining what and where the source of the problem for multiple electrical outlets controlled by each circuit breaker. Plan to use his services for other electrical issues that exists elsewhere in the house.

If you're tired of "flaky" contractors and "no-shows"... or builders that over-promise and under-deliver, then you need to call Fredie, and here's why-- Here's our story: We needed someone to come and help us remodel our RV. It was going to be a big job. We were let down previously by another contractor. We thought we might have to do it all by ourselves... We reached out for help, and Fredie jumped at the opportunity to work on an RV and we're so grateful he did. For the next 5 weeks, Fredie showed up and gave 110% for every single job that needed to be done. He was also a perfectionist and was able to take our concepts and make them even better. (You never want someone to just "do the job," you want someone that adds, heightens... says "yes" to your idea and improve upon it... and that's Fredie.) Oh and get this... on the last week of our stay, Fredie was showing up at 6 AM to put in more hours because he knew how badly we wanted to get our RV finished. You'd be silly NOT to hire Fredie. He's honest, hard-working, and over-delivers like crazy. And what more can you ask in today's weird time? Hire Fredie--and you'll see what it's like to work with a real, honest contractor.
