Zandate Repairs-Unlicensed Contractor

He took my money and did not complete the job. He has not responded to any of my calls or texts. He gave me the excuse that the bank took my money to pay his bills and said he would give it back to me in June but now he has stopped responding any of my texts and phone calls.

Communicates very well does what he says he will do and does exceptional quality work! Hired for one job and now keep bringing him back for more and more.

Fredie Zandate was simply outstanding. He is a meticulous craftsman and his attention to detail is excellent. His price was a great value for the work he performed and the quality of the jobs he did. He arrived on time and kept me in communication about the job status as he performed the work. He offered alternative solutions when the project needed fine tuning and completed the work timely.
