Did not clean up very well after they didnt put the insulation back in the attic. Did sloppy cuts to put plates in walls!

There was a communication gap between their Project Appraiser and Work Scheduler. I had to contact them a couple times to get the job set up. Other than that - a great job and advise on options regarding the installation of a Genset plug to my home circuit panel.... Will contact / use them in the future!!

Did what they were hired to do.

They didn't try to upsell me on a full upgrade, showed up on time, did quality work and cleaned up after themselves. Would hire them again for future work.

They explained everything I would need for my hot tub installation project plain and simple. Showed up on time and completed the work very quickly.

Josh and his team at Zapco rewired my entire 1950's house and installed a new service pole. Good honest people that know their business. My wife asked for a bunch of extra little stuff (e.g., double gang switches in bedrooms & fan boxes in ceilings, to name a few) that was not in the original bid but adds up to a lot of extra work. They did it no questions (or extra money) asked. They were very courteous and did excellent professional work. Thanks Zapco!!

EMPLOYEE WAS DEDICATED TO GET THE JOB DONE. STARTED THE JOB AND IT STARTED RAINING. LEFT AND GOT A RAINSUIT. CAME BACK AND FINISHED THE JOB. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

They responded promptly, gave a quote, and then executed promptly. The job is very professional. They coordinated with the inspector who was out the next day and approved the work with no qualifications. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Workers showed up at 8 a.m. ( a new experience for me with contractors ) and went to work. They worked with the electrical company and had the job completed by 12:30 p.m. Very professional. I didn't get other estimates but I believe the $1,700 was a fair price for replacing the entire circuit breaker box , running the connection through the roof and out a gooseneck connection which they also installed as it should have been originally. Left the job site without any added debris.
