Zaragoza Tree Service - Unlicensed Contractor

He did not show up when he said and made promise to return and never did. Totally not professional which caused additional costs to me not to mention wasting my time.

The workers arrived before the time agreed on, worked very hard and quickly and did superior work on my yard. They cleared my yard of many years growth of Algerian ivy roots and all, removed some trees and trimmed other trees beautifully. The price was very reasonable. I hope to hire them to do lawn and garden maintenance. I recommend Zaragoza Tree Services.

Started poorly when I called to schedule and was quoted a price $100 above the estimate I was given. Perhaps this was an honest mistake. Unfortunately the owner sent a new employee who was more interested on talking on his phone and taking breaks than working. I mentioned this to the owner when he stopped by at 11:30 and he talked to the guy and things improved somewhat. However, the employee threw his empty can, bottle and food wrappers down in my yard and left them. Having said that, I must say the owner was very cordial and he stayed the second day to be sure everything was done correctly and cleaned up.

They were super fast and they were awesome

Zaragozas cousin came to perform the weed cutting/removal. He did a very good job. He came as a favor for his cousin (Mr. Zaragoza) because Zaragoza could not get his act together to return my calls in a timely manner, neither could Zaragoza keeps his commitment to appointments 3 times. Although Zaragoza came to my property to estimate cost, he failed to add a side lot, which I specifically mentioned to him, thus causing me to have to renegotiate with his cousin on the day of the service. Zaragoza made an excuse that he usually only works in the Orinda area. Would give cousin a 5 Star rating had it not been for his association, that he works for his cousin Zaragoza.

I would recommend him to anyone and hold my head up high.

They did not finish raking up all of the loose grass they promised they would. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Please have them finish the job!

They are easy to communicate with. They were on time and worked hard and quickly to complete the job.

They were prompt, courteous and did a good job. Clean up could have been more thorough. The only negative would be that I paid in cash, so I requested a receipt & was told they didn't have one to give me. Adrian told me he would send one to me, but he never did.

They were fast to respond to my requests. Both by phone and by text and email. They came out when I needed them even though it meant that they had to make a separate trip out to accommodate my timing. They did such a nice job that my neighbor hired them as well. I will definitely call them again when needed.

Price was negotiated for lawn, gutter clean and debris to dump. Majority of Job was accomplished. Dishonest on disposing of debris while charging to haul it away. I Was looking forward to having a regular maintenance service. My search continues.

Was on time gave estimates on things to do to improve the yard. When he finished the yard looked good. Very pleased

I wasnt going to hire him, but he lowered the price and was available when I needed him. He seemed more eager to get the work too.

Very timely, friendly, and thorough. Wanted to make sure our expectations were met and asked clarifying questions to ensure this. We received a follow-up call to check on our satisfaction with the completed job. We will hire them again for maintaining our yard. Great work!
