Installed new roof approximately May 2020. Within three years shingles started falling off our roof. Four to five shingles at a time would fall off within three years of installation until present maybe six to eights times. Called the owner they would charge us $200-$300 each time they replaced them. Called again in November 2025 and showed them that the nail gun was missing the singles when installed and that was causing the singles to fall out. He took the singles to show his Dad (Martin) that they were not correctly installed and would call us back to resolve the matter. Never called us back and blocked our phone number. We had to hire a different roofing company and paid to correct Zavala Roofing Services poor workmanship. They offer no warranty and will block your phone number after they get your money. We have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It?s expensive to roof a home, let alone pay twice for one roof. Don?t hire them!!!

He is very punctual, reliable, and very cost effective!

He exceeded my expectations, he went out of his way to did my request, cleaned up everything, he is very professional, courteous, and kept me in contact with me all throughout the project.
