Sadly, I must give James and Zebra a 3 when I want to give them a 5. They gave a good price for an install of a new Trane system we had installed about a month ago. The install went great no issues there. Emil and his partner were very professional and did a great job. But the post install support has been frustrating not from the two owners. There was a sensor issue they still have not resolved. The unit may have come out of the box with a bad module that measures air. While Patrick did come out more than once and gave his best shot, we still see that error. The unit cools but there is some manual intervention we must do for it to turn off. We contacted them and were told that Patrick would come back out by Jimmy, but we have not received much feedback after. My partner and I do not feel the job is complete because they have not resolved the error message and don?t seem to want to. Or they don?t know how. Either way a 3 today is all I can give; I?d give a 5 otherwise.

James, the owner of Zebra Air Home Services, called and came to our house by 10am. He was very pleasant and explained the problem and possible solutions to us. We chose to replace the 20+ year-old air conditioner. He located a new unit for us, hired a crane operator, replaced the air conditioner, and was done before 4:00 on the same day. The air conditioner is working wonderfully. I would recommend Zebra Air to anyone looking to fix or replace their air conditioner.

High quality HVAC service was Excellent! The best. Extensive repairs were done very professionally and efficiently to correct numerous problems related specifically to installation of a new complete HVAC system that was installed by others. They did an excellent job on installing the AC Unit. They went above and beyond to make sure my house was clean and unit was working perfectly before they left!!! The biggest thing they did for use is got us a very cost effective unit that was within our budget. The cost of AC units are crazy now so they really helped us out!! We are grateful our family meet Jimmy and his company !!! Highly recommend them for repair or replacement!!!
