We just recently moved to Morris and our new home has a septic tank. I searched for Septic cleaning companies near me, this company had great reviews and I'm so happy I went with them. The employee who came out to my house was extremely helpful in explaining how everything worked and showed me what he was doing and how Septic tank worked since I have an older home. He also let em know about a coupon I could use online to get $20 off my bill. I will only use this company in the future and will recommend it to anyone around the area.

I emailed them on Saturday afternoon and received a reply in about 20-30 minutes. Friendly, know their business. I called on Monday and set up for them to come out Tuesday. The technician was friendly, got to work right away and left no mess. I highly recommend Zeiter's.

Our 50 year old septic system was nearly done in December 2018. Unfortunately, I didn't look on Home Advisor, I googled companies in my area, big mistake. I had several out from December to April, each tearing up the yard and promising that their fix would work. So much money wasted. I found Zeiter's when I expanded my search. Thank goodness! Jim came out in May for a site inspection. The only fix for that old system was to get a new one. David worked on very detailed plans which the health dept approved in a day. It took a lot of planning but in August, they installed the new system, what a hard-working crew. Since my first phone call to their company, to the day of the job completion, they were extremely knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. Always answered their phone, text messages, emails and ALL my questions--and I had a lot!!! They did a great job:)

We had an emergency septic overflow on a weekend. Called and left a voice mail not really expecting a return call much like the dozen other companies I called. To my surprise, call was returned within 15 minutes and a truck was dispatched immediately arriving within an hour from 40 miles away. Very satisfied with service. Would highly recommend.
