Saul and crew really saved us. Not only did Saul come in with the cheapest painting estimate, by far, but he did an amazing job. We hired him to remodel our basement ceiling, install a pocket door and door frame, repair any damage to the walls, and painting the ceilings as well as entire basement. The workers showed up early in the morning and stayed late to get the job finished quickly. They were courteous and hard working. Any mess they caused they cleaned up. Saul communicated very well and was always in touch. If you needed to contact him he was quick to respond. There were no two, three, four, or even 7 day gaps where he didn't respond to an email or text, which was a breath of fresh air for me. I will definitely call on Saul and company for our next projects. They do excellent work and I'd recommend them to anyone of my friends and family.

I them paint two difficult rooms for me, both with cathedral ceilings. Neither room had been painted in 20 years, so the preparation work was substantial. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Those two rooms are my favorite rooms in the house!

I have extremely high expectations when it comes to work being done on my home, and I am happy to say that Zelaya exceeded each one of them. From the day Saul came to our home to provide an estimate to the time they completed the job, I was beyond satisfied with the courtesy, professionalism, and respect for our home he and his team displayed. They were punctual, efficient, and left our home the way they found it. The two rooms they painted are precision perfect! We will definitely hire them again.

Saul helped us realize our vision by refinishing a nasty old floor to match a brand new floor installed in two sections of the house. He also painted our cabinets white to make them look more losers and avoid replacing them. This work was done with great care and precision and has held up even a year later. Saul and his team are fantastic. He did so much more than painting. Renovated the interior of the condo including bathrooms. Painting, carpet, repairs, electrical, plumbing, and more were great. Saul even met us Lowe’s and helped us pick out some of the necessary items we wanted to be sure they fit. You can’t beat that kind of customer service. Saul and his team repainted 2 floors of my new home. They did an amazing job, and went above and beyond the project - if a room needed 3 coats of paint, that is what they did. All our blinds, outlets, floors, etc were completely protected or removed to prevent any paint splashes for the entirety of the project. Two floors, all with multiple coats of paints were painted in 1.5 days. I highly recommend Zelaya General Contractors and hope to hire them again for other projects in the future.

I hired Zelaya to paint the interior of my home, and I was delighted with their work. They arrived each day on time, and were extremely professional, courteous, neat and honest. I was completely comfortable leaving alone in my home, and at the end of each day, they cleaned thoroughly. The job was finished on the third day, as promised, and I was very happy with the results.
