I was looking for a company to do some stucco work on my home. I had several cracks on the structure and areas of stucco that had broken away. I used Angi List to solicit bids from area contractors. From the four companies I had contacted, Mr. Santos of Zelaya Stucco Design, Inc was the only contractor that was immediately responsive, arrived on time early the next day to quote the job and made an appointment to begin work the very next day! Mr. Santos made some great recommendations as to how he would proceed in making a plan to do the stucco repairs. After a plan was established, an estimate was provided promptly. Mr. Santos and his team did an outstanding job that created a final product that is far better than I had imagined. The work completed was seamless and the paint job virtually matched the existing paint. I also appreciated that they took the time to clean up the worksite. Overall, it was a great experience! Mr. Santos was very professional, timely and had reasonable pricing. I highly recommend, Zelaya Stucco Design, Inc, for your stucco work and I would definitely use them again in the future.

When I meet Mr. Santos Zelaya he was friendly and professional which impressed from the start and we easily managed to agree on the price for what I needed to be done. He and his crew consisting of Eddie Michell and Jean Gustavo arrived at the time agreed and they did an fantastic job of removing the damaged stucco, applying new and cleaning up. Great company.

The time and cost were as quoted. We did have weather delays but we were still top priority once the rain stopped.

Santos came over and gave me a good estimate, told me it would take 2 days for the job to complete. Started the job the next day, and was completed in 2 days. Some of my neighbors have complimented how well it looks now, and have also asked for Zelaya Stucco phone number. The president of my HOA also hired him to do some stucco work at her home also! His men are very respectful and hard working, would definitely hire them again and recommend to anyone

Beautiful work, for a fair price! Done quickly, respectful, flexible schedule. Others quoted me 11-12k for textured stucco on the entire exterior of my 3/2 1600sq ft. house. He quoted 7k, but there where some extra materials needed, and I changed the plans adding more stucco on my porch. We finished up at about 9k. The work looks A to my eye, so, to me, he's the smart pick. They offer a 90 day window where they will come back and touch up anything you may not have noticed initially. (Side note/general advice) Anytime you get any work done, pay attention and let them know you really care. Also, make sure you wait 30 days to let your stucco dry before you paint it. MOST OF ALL Make sure you get your stucco done with Zelaya! They're the best, for a very fair price.
