Zeller's Plumbing Repair And Drain Cleaning

I called Zellers Plumbing and spoke with Brant about repairing my existing water heater. After I described the issue, Brant recommended that I replace the entire unit rather than repairing it due to it is age and condition. I appreciated his honesty and agreed with his professional opinion. He came out to my home the next morning and completed the job quickly and my new water heater looks great! I highly recommend Zellers Plumbing!

He is knowledgeable, and into it. He came out on a holiday weekend like he said he would. (And as he advertises). Professional enough, and courteous enough, but he has communication issues. I still paid 175 dollars (for coming out), even though he could not fix the problem and referred me to someone else, and I fixed the problem myself. If he had just listened to me and communicated, he would have caught the problem right away as I did when I took a second look. He was genuinely interested in what the problem turned out to be and wanted to know how I fixed it, but I stopped texting back and forth because of the communications breakdown. If a friend or neighbor asked what I thought of this plumber, I would merely say to make sure he is not listening to you, and then make sure he actually understood what you were actually saying.

Brent, the owner, couldnâ t have been more polite and prepared to install our new hot water heater. He was on time. He worked until the heater was installed. He took the old heater and cleaned the area. Replaced the old heater and now we have hot water. I would definitely recommend Zeller Plumber to family and friends. In fact we already did tonight.
