My crew fromZEMA was wonderful - they were never even1 minute late. Worked all day and cleaned up every night before they left! They are fantastic! I actually missed them not coming today! They are more than fantastic! Not to mention they did a beautiful and perfect job! I am extremely happy with the job!

When it comes to choosing the right contractor a key element is getting to know more about the owner and business partners. Coinciding with the recent projects they’ve done. I had a major remodel project happen over past few months and I definitely chose the right contractor. Zema does all the work themselves. There’s no subcontractors involved. Zephaniah the owner is a designer in itself and knowledgeable in all else. Challenges are his and his foreman Rony cup of tea. Never to worry they’ll get the job done and to your satisfaction . They are committed honest and loyal to their customers. And yes they are flexible should you have a change, additional work.

ZEMA construction did a fantastic job customizing, then building a casita for our family. They took care of all the hassles, even helped with the financing. The ZEMA team was accommodating and generous. Every worker a pleasure to be around. The quality craftsmanship speaks for itself. I would highly recommend ZEMA for your building project.

Zephaniah, Juan and their entire staff are amazing! I needed to build a garage and they graciously took on my project. They were the only contractor that provided a detailed estimate and a reasonable timeframe. They stayed on budget and finished on time. They always communicated in a timely fashion. Every crew member was extremely friendly and wanted to make sure I was happy with their work. I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about their company! It was an absolute pleasure working with them.
