ZenDry came out the same afternoon that I called. Everyone that I spoke with or dealt with in person was extremely professional and courteous. They started working immediately to ensure that our house was completely dried out. They communicated with us on a consistent basis over the next few days while the drying process took place. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the service that we received.

We've had 3 water damage issues in the last 12 months, and Zen Dry was the first of the remediation companies which I can say honestly did work above and beyond my expectations, even hopes. Joe and his crew were fantastic, timely, professional, and also acted as a trusted conduit with the insurance company. I cannot speak highly enough of their work, and I recommend them as much as I possibly can. I hope never to have to use them again, but if I have a similar issue, they will absolutely be my first call.
