Dan, Of Zen home inspections. This person is on it he generated a 23 page report of conditions for a home we were considering purchading...sellers disclosure did not list ANY of the items Dan discovered at that property..hence to say seller was trying to get over and lost . Very professional and honest. Though I didn't end up buying the house, but I guess it was money worth spending as Zen's inspection probably saved me from a bad deal.
