I reached out to Greg at BSPA regarding a project that so many professionals just wouldn't touch. They either weren't interested, or wanted to charge way too much. From the time we connected, Greg was such a breath of fresh air. He talked like a real person, not like someone who clearly knew more than you and wanted to drive that point home. He gave procedures, alternate outcomes, and pretty much every scenario that might happen during the process. We figured out in real terms and timelines how to go about this major repair on my 80y/o mother's home. The team was friendly, on-time, and kept my (VERY in need of explanation) mother informed of every single part of the process. In the end, the result was better than she'd ever imagined. She even had more work to add-on afterward since she "finally found someone she could really trust". Definitely would use again and again, although i hope on smaller projects than this one. What a life-saver!!!

Greg did a great job fixing the many leaks from our 2nd floor terrace to a 1st floor bedroom. Then he replaced the original concrete pavers with beautiful porcelain pavers that we picked out from Avalon Flooring here in Philly. Greg was always on the job site, and he was always responsive to our questions. We would/will use him again.
