Zenith provided the most comprehensive estimate, bringing samples for us to look at. They were a little high than other bids, but was willing to work with us to come to a better price. The work quality was fantastic. They also performed the work when they said they would, which was very important because we wanted the work done before moving in.

These guys are total professionals. Good customer service, excellent work and a thorough understanding of the benefits and limitations of the products they sell. Even though our garage floor was pretty rattly looking after 3 decades of Palmer Divide winters, they felt that they could restore it and extend the useful life for many more years. Kaler, our initial contact at Zenith, led us through the entire process, detailed every cost and answered every question we asked completely. He pointed out the challenges presented by the deep spalls and divots in the floor and proposed how they could be repaired and stabilized. Wade and Chris (the crew that did the work at our house) respected the fact that they were working on an occupied home, they were as clean as possible and showed real attention to detail at every step in the process. The end result is absolutely beautiful. MUCH better than we anticipated. We would not hesitate to recommend Zenith and we will be using them again when the time comes.
