Do not hire this company. I hired him and gave him a 50% deposit on December 24, 2010. I was told I would have plans to approve in 1 week. I did not receive them until January 18, 2021, just the house plans. His communication is horrible! He promised me the complete plans for the General Contractor by January 31, 2021. Then he promised and he made the appointment for elevation plans by February 3, 2021 at 10 am. He pulled a no show and did not get back to me with only a text by February 6th. I had to cancel an appointment with the GC for February 5th which he knew about. I feel I have lost my $1,000 deposit and will take him to court as he has produced NOTHING to me since December 24, 2020. I am a senior citizen and have worked long and hard for my funds to start my home. I will not be using Home Advisor for any other services either because of this.

Michael came out to our home, we gave him almost all the paperwork to complete the job just needed fine-tuning. He cashed our check and have not heard from him since then. That was over 4 months ago.
